Next Big Thing in MG and YA Books?

Is it just me, or does the advent of interactive books on e-readers and things like ipads seem to suggest there could be a lot of interest in a rebirth of Choose Your Own Adventure type books?  I mean, if you can just click on the link to go to the section you've chosen, and can have content like graphics, and integrated social networking, and even videos and music, wouldn't that be kind of cool?

I used to like those things as a kid, especially in the fantasy and science fiction genres (and I can see how they could be huge in the horror and mystery genres, where kids could be the monster slayer or the sleuth!) and I think the interactive nature just totally expands the possibilities!
